I did however specify a few conditions which should be met.

1) All FDA certified treatments should be undertaken in the process

2) He would need to confirm with all the specific FDA-approved treatments which will be necessary for the transplant

3) He will need to use a specific recessed hairline which I personally designed that would perfectly match his age until his 50's.With his young age in mind, we tried to use the less density treatment of as much as 40 FU/cm2 making use of 2000 grafts.We left out 7000 grafts in his case for hair to grow on the gaps while aging through his 40's.Although thinning of hair is inevitable, he'll be having a solid or thick head of hair within various obvious areas such as the hairline, on the crown and on the middle of the scalp providing him with a good looking set of hair even as he reach his 40's to 50's.

Having to accept his request simply brought him to tears however still made him a bit upset as soon as I explained the conditions regarding a hair line that is a bit higher.The result however will still lead him to a better and more confident life.Though he may not be very happy with the results regarding his hairline, the over-all result would allow him to finally live his life without fear and shame.We'll just have to wait in time.What we all should know is this.Hair in our young age defined our confidence and freedom to do things.As we age through our 30's and 40's, we begin to develop frown lines as well as wrinkles over the skin however with the hair still having a full set still provides us with confidence.Though in my 50's I understand the possibility of baldness however I would still be happy because I will still have hair on my hair line.Cosmetic surgeries indeed have guidelines to be met for safety as well as for optimum results however in Jim's case we did break these guidelines but we did it for the what we think would be better which includes having to give a life that is being taken away from a young man who is dealing with early stages of hair loss.
